A:10 years quality warranty is provided, including Aluminum frame, glass, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation.
Q6: What kind of After-sales service will you provide?
A:We are able to provide the engineering as well as supervising service to guide installation.
Q7: Can we use our own shipping agent?
A: Yes, you can. We have our own freight forwarder.They are very professional, We have worked with them for many years. Of course, if you have your own cooperative freight forwarder, we will fully cooperate with you.
