Installation notice:
1. Glass selection: Choose glass of appropriate thickness according to the usage area and architectural requirements. Generally, the larger the area, the thicker the glass. For glass exceeding a certain area,laminated glass is recommended to ensure safety.
2. Window frame installation: The window frame should be installed on a solid wall and fixed with extended expansion screws. Double rows of expansion screws are required, with a spacing of no more than 45 centimeters, to ensure the stability of the window frame.
3. Sealing treatment: After installing the pressing line, use structural adhesive for sealing to ensure the tightness of the window and prevent water and air leakage.

2) Frame Color;Type of glass and thickness (single or double or laminated or others) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E or others, with Argon or without).

A: 25-35 days after deposit and drawing confirmed
Q5: What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems?
A:10 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation.
Q6: What kind of After-sales service will you provide?
A:We are able to provide the engineering as well as supervising service to guide installation our windows and doors.
Q7: Can we use our own shipping agent?
A: Yes, you can. We have our own freight forwarder. They are very professional, We have worked with them for many years. Of course, if you have your own cooperative freight forwarder, we will fully cooperate with you.
